The court of appeal in Abuja has upheld the judgment of Edo state governorship petitions tribunal, which affirmed the election of Monday Okpebholo as the state Governor.
Gatekeepers News reports that a three-member panel of the appellate court delivered the judgement on Thursday.
The panel dismissed the appeal filed by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Asue Ighodalo.
