Mohammed Abdullahi, former minister of environment under ex-President
Muhammadu Buhari has resigned from All Progressives Congress (APC).
Gatekeepers News reports that his resignation was announced in a letter dated June 1, addressed to APC chairman of his Uke ward in Karu LGA of Nasarawa State, with copies sent to other party officials.
Citing personal reasons, Abdullahi revealed he is leaving the ruling party and expressed gratitude for the support he received throughout his membership.
The letter reads, “I hereby tender my resignation as a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) based on personal reasons.”
“I thank you for the cooperation while I was in the APC where we made modest contributions in building the party in the state. I wish you and the party good luck.”
