Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the host of ‘Your View’ and managing director of TVC Entertainment, has resigned from her roles after 12 years.
Gatekeepers News reports that the announcement was made on Tuesday in a statement signed by Edward Akintara, manager of PR, corporate communications, and marketing at TVC Communications.
Afolabi-Brown is expected to officially exit the organisation on August 29 to pursue a long-nurtured passion project. TVC described her departure as “significant” but assured that the show will continue as scheduled and maintain the quality its viewers expect.
“Morayo will be dearly missed, however, the show remains strong and will continue to deliver the quality and relevance our audience has come to expect,” the company said.
“Her legacy at TVC Communications will endure, and she will always remain a cherished member of the TVC family.”
During her time at TVC, Afolabi-Brown played a key role in shaping ‘Your View’ into a leading platform for topical conversations and helped build the visibility and reach of TVC Entertainment. TVC expressed gratitude for her service and wished her well on her next path.
