Gatekeepers News reports that Federal Polytechnic, Offa, came out of gestation via a presidential announcement made during a courtesy call on His Royal Highness, Olofa of Offa, late Oba Mustapha Olawoore Olanipekun Ariwajoye II, by the then Military President, Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, who was on an official visit to Kwara State in 1991. The Polytechnic has two Campuses (Main and Mini). The Main Campus is located along Ojoku Road, Offa while the Mini Campus is located along Osogbo Road, Offa, Kwara State.
