The National Industrial Court in Abuja has granted an interim injunction stopping Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) from proceeding with its industrial action against Dangote Petroleum Refinery.
Gatekeepers News reports that in his ruling on an ex parte motion filed by the refinery, Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim ordered that the union must not disrupt crude oil and gas supply to the facility pending further hearings.
