Okpebholo Reconstitutes Edo Judicial Service Commission

Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the reconstitution of the Edo State Judicial Service Commission.

Gatekeepers News reports that according to a statement issued on Thursday by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., the newly reconstituted commission will be chaired by the Chief Judge of Edo State, who serves as the statutory head of the body.

Other members of the commission include the Hon. Attorney-General of Edo State; Fred Oamen Idiake, Esq.; Razak Osayiande Isenalumhe, Esq.; Eweka Imagbovomwan Esther; and Shuaibu Elamah, Esq.

The statement added that the names of the non-statutory members will be forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation in line with constitutional provisions.
