The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has suspended Mallam Adamu Ototobor, Chairman of Ward 9 in Etsako East Local Government Area, from all party activities with immediate effect.
Gatekeepers News reports that his suspension was announced in a statement issued by the State Publicity Secretary, Barr. Peter Uwadiae Igbinigie.
According to the statement, the suspension follows a thorough review of Ototobor’s recent actions, which were deemed inconsistent with the party’s principles, discipline, and internal regulations.
The APC leadership in Etsako East has been instructed to prevent Ototobor from attending or participating in any party meetings, events, or functions until his suspension is lifted by the appropriate authority.
The statement further emphasised that discipline, loyalty, and respect for constituted authority remain the bedrock of the APC, and any act capable of undermining these values will not be tolerated.
