The Nigeria Police Force has suspended the enforcement of tinted glass permit policy following a court order.
Gatekeepers News reports that the policy was earlier scheduled to take effect on January 2, 2026. However, the Force said it will no longer be enforced for now.
In a statement on Thursday, the police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, explained that the decision was taken in obedience to the court directive.
The spokesman noted that the suspension will remain in place until the substantive case is heard and determined or the order is lifted.
This is a developing story…
