Federal Government has instituted fresh criminal charges against Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mike Ozekhome, over the alleged use of a forged Nigerian passport in connection with a contested property transaction in the United Kingdom.
Gatekeepers News reports that court documents show that a 12-count charge was filed against Ozekhome on Tuesday before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja.
The latest action comes after the same court struck out earlier charges brought by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission following the withdrawal of the case by the Attorney-General of the Federation.
