COVID-19: NCDC Records 727 New Cases

Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded 727 cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that NCDC made this known in its recent filing on Thursday, September 9.

Rivers has a higher record of 257 cases, while Lagos 157, Edo had 85 new cases and Imo 63.

Others include FCT (33), Delta/(28), Kaduna (27),
Benue (17), Akwa Ibom (13) ans Ekiti (13).

While others are Taraba (12),/Bayelsa (5), Kano (4), Ogun (4), Oyo (3), Abia (2), Nasarawa (2), and Plateau (2).

Compilation of the newly infected cases showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 197,773 confirmed cases.

NCDC through its record highlighted that the total number of discharged cases was recorded to be 185,597.

The total number of death increased to be 2,585, revealing that 7 death case was recorded.
