Amaju Pinnick, the former president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), was unsuccessful in his bid for re-election to the FIFA Council.
Gatekeepers News reports that Pinnick did not obtain the necessary votes to secure one of the six available positions representing Africa on the Council.
