Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has clarified that CBEX digital trading platform is not registered with it.
Gatekeepers News reports that Emomotimi Agama, director-general (DG) of SEC made the clarification during an appearance on Arise Xchange on Wednesday,
Agama noted that the commission has consistently warned that any investment scheme that is not registered is illegal.
