Buhari Greeted With Protests Against Secession In New York

Buhari Greeted With Protests Against Secession In New York
Some Nigerians on Monday protested against secession in New York where President Muhammadu Buhari is billed to attend the UN general assembly (UNGA).
Gatekeepers News reports that the protesters gathered near the United Nations Secretariat where the UNGA is expected to commence on Tuesday, with placards that have inscriptions such as ‘Nigerians want national unity, not secession’, ‘Genocide in eastern Nigeria plain propaganda’, among others.

Their solidarity march for the present administration comes a week after agitators of the ‘Yoruba nation’ stormed the UN headquarters.
