The Court of Appeal has overturned a high court ruling in the legal dispute between First Bank and General Hydrocarbons Ltd (GHL).
Gatekeepers News reports that First Bank had accused GHL of fraudulently diverting proceeds from the sale of an oil cargo that was pledged as collateral for a loan.
The appellant directed that the proceeds from the oil cargo be deposited into the court’s account until the case is fully resolved.
