Vitafoam Nigeria PLC is recruiting to fill the following positions:
Production Manager
Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Plateau| Nigeria.
Description:
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules in line with business goals.
- Supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve production targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a foam manufacturing company (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing teams and meeting production targets.
- Good understanding of production machinery, processes, and safety standards in the foam industry.
