Specialist!
General
- As part of the Enterprise Governance, Risk & Control (EGRC) team, support RFC’s distributor internal controls compliance activities (i.e. implement & use monitoring analytics, analyse data insights and participate in specific distributor reviews, risk deep-dives, control implementations, control optimizations, control standard setting, etc.)
- Continuously creating awareness of internal controls and enhancing the risk & control culture and mindset within the organisation.
Specific:
- Perform monitoring activities for distributor internal controls compliance (i.e. monitor systems and follow up on exceptions)
- Escalate identified exceptions for investigation by respective Operating company stakeholder(s)
- Perform distributor reviews of respective Operating companies, report outcomes, and follow up on improvement actions
- Supports with periodic reporting to key stakeholders of overall distributor compliance status
- Supports the R&C community/business with specific distributor data analytics input required
- Supports to identify new distributor compliance controls and transition these controls to be onboarded in Continuous Monitoring
- Participate in specific distributor deep-dive and
investigation(s) - Participate in global/regional Risk & Control related engagements and support larger or manage smaller Risk & Control engagement based on subject matter expertise
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in IT or accounting or finance. Being a qualified IT auditor would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a matrix complex organisation, preferably in an international organization (preferably FMCG industry) or larger Consultancy / Audit Firm.
- Knowledge and work experience in data analytics and dashboarding (preferably in distributor/customer compliance).
- Knowledge and work experience in distributor end-to-end business processes, internal control compliance, and process improvements
- Experience with Distributor Management Systems will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on, accountable, accurate, pro-active and result oriented.
- Professional communication in English, writing and verbal, and able to work within different cultures and in an international team.
