Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of Patrick Aguinede as the substantive general manager of the Edo State Signage and Advertisement Agency (EDSAA).
Gatekeepers News reports that this was announced in a statement by Umar Musa Ikhilor, Secretary to the State Government (SSG) on Monday, 9th March, 2026.
According to the statement, Hon. Patrick Aguinede is an accomplished Nigerian politician and Public Administrator with a distinguished record of service. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Foundation.
His Public Service career spans several key leadership positions, including serving as a Member of the Edo State House of Assembly, Honourable Commissioner for Basic Education and Chairman of Esan West Local Government Council.
The state government noted that the appointment takes immediate effect.
