Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan delivered another impressive performance on Sunday, winning the women’s 100m hurdles at the Paris Diamond League meeting in France.

Gatekeepers News reports that Amusan entered the Paris meet as one of the favourites after setting a meeting record and securing victory at the Rabat Diamond League earlier this month.

The Nigerian star, who holds the world record in the event, has remained among the leading contenders on the Diamond League circuit throughout the 2026 season.

The Paris competition featured a strong field that included several of the world’s top hurdlers, among them Switzerland’s Ditaji Kambundji and other elite athletes chasing Diamond League points.

The victory is another boost for Amusan as she continues her push for Diamond League success and preparations for upcoming international competitions. She currently ranks among the world’s leading performers in the women’s 100m hurdles this season.
