Ethics and Compliance Lead
Specifications:

- Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Description:
We are seeking an Ethics Line Lead to join our team in Lagos on a permanent basis.
You will:
- Lead the delivery of whistleblowing services to clients.
- Ensure adherence to KPMG policies, Nigerian regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 37002).
- Manage ethics line operators and oversee intake, operations, and reporting processes.
- Drive business growth.
- Maintain service excellence and client trust.
Job Details
- Review call sheets and case memos for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly summary reports for clients.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure alignment with internal policies and client-specific requirements.
- Oversee administrative tasks.
- Lead research on industry trends.
- Develop and deliver presentations, awareness materials, and training for clients.
- Support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (NDPR) and confidentiality protocols.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Unit.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Technical & Professional
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
- Strong interviewing and probing skills.
- Ability to analyze trends and prepare actionable insights.
Behavioral
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective listening and empathy when handling whistleblower concerns.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing teams and client-facing roles.
Added Advantage
- Multilingual proficiency (English + Hausa/Yoruba/Igbo).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 37002).
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
