Meet The 24 BBNaija Season 11 Housemates Battling For Record ₦160m Grand Prize

Big Brother Naija Season 11 officially got underway on Sunday with the unveiling of 24 contestants who will compete for the show’s biggest-ever prize package worth ₦160 million, comprising ₦100 million in cash and a brand-new SUV.

Gatekeepers News reports that the new edition, themed “Everything Is For The Taking,” was launched by returning host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and is expected to run for 10 weeks. 

The 24 housemates introduced during the live premiere are Tram, Martins, Abi, Chimsom Chuka, Keivo, Mercedes, Kamsy, Sultex, Aikou, Flora, Bells, Temi Nkem, Gerald, Oyin, Sheba, Araga, Ricky, Nomy, Barry, Neche, Yusuf, Goddessa, Bluethophia and Cassi. 

The contestants come from diverse professional backgrounds, including streaming, modelling, acting, fashion, engineering, music, pharmacy, event planning, photography, web development and entrepreneurship. During their introductions, many described themselves as bold, competitive and ready to outsmart fellow contestants in the race for the coveted prize. 

Organisers also unveiled the first twist of the season by splitting the housemates into male and female teams for wager presentations, arena games and other tasks, a move expected to influence alliances and strategy as the competition unfolds. Viewers can follow the reality show 24 hours a day on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 49.
