A Former Nigerian lawmaker Shehu Sani has narrated how he escaped explosives planted while on the Abuja-Kaduna rail line.
Gatekeepers News reports that the former activist-turned lawmaker who represented Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has said he escaped terrorist explosives while on the Abuja-Kaduna rail line.
Sani claimed that terrorists shot at the train on a separate attack on Wednesday.
He disclosed this via his verified Twitter handle.
He said that it “took a miracle” for him and other passengers on the train to escape.
Sani said, “Yesterday, terrorists attacked the Kaduna Abuja railway with an explosive & opened fire on the train, targeting the Engine Driver & the Tank.
“This morning, I was on board when our train ran over another explosive [and it] damaged [the] rail. It took a miracle for us to escape.”
