Nigeria’s Covid-19 cases have risen to a total of 252,840 with 87 new infections.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known on Friday in its daily update on coronavirus.
The commission in its record for Thursday, January 27, stated that Lagos State, the southwest part of the country, had the highest record of 25 new cases.
Others are; Rivers 16, FCT 15, Delta 9, Edo 7, Gombe 5, Nasarawa 4, Bauchi 3, Kano 1, Oyo 1, and Borno 1.
The update shows that Nigeria has recorded 228,404 recoveries and 3,134 deaths.
