JUST IN: Court Grants Emefiele N50m Bail

EFCC To Arraign Emefiele For Printing Naira Notes Without Strict Approval
Godwin Emefiele, the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has been granted bail by a high court in Ikeja, Lagos.

Gatekeepers News reports that the bail was granted in the sum of N50 million by Justice Rahmon Oshodi, who also requested for two sureties in like sum.

The former CBN Governor is currently facing a 26-count charge in Lagos, which borders on abuse of office.
