Business magnate, Elon Musk and Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey have agreed to discuss Bitcoin following their interaction on Twitter.

Gatekeepers News reports that the duo are known to have differing opinions on the world’s largest cryptocurrency.

On one hand is Dorsey who is a strong Bitcoin supporter, telling attendees at the Bitcoin 2021 Conference earlier this month: “I don’t think there is anything more important in my lifetime to work on.”

In March, Dorsey also made his love of Bitcoin known when he showed off a Bitcoin clock while addressing a House Committee hearing on misinformation.

Musk, on the other hand, made headlines in May after declaring that his electric car company Tesla would no longer be accepting the cryptocurrency as payment, citing environmental concerns.

On Thursday night, the billionaire took to Twitter to tease “Bitcoin maxis” (a term used to describe ardent bitcoin supporters) by asking how many it would take to screw in a lightbulb.

Gatekeepers News reports that Dorsey proposed the discussion to Musk in a Twitter thread.
“Let’s you and I have a conversation at the event. You can share all your curiosities… Let’s have THE talk.”

Musk replied: “For the Bitcurious? Very well then, let’s do it.”

Even though there were no further details on the possible discussion between the duo, it is expected that Dorsey and Musk may discuss the cryptocurrency at The B Word cryptocurrency initiative which is due to launch by July 21.

The B Word’s launch is due to offer “a live experience and a library of content to the investor community, enabling a more informed discussion about the role Bitcoin can serve for institutions across the globe,” according to its website.
