COVID-19: NCDC Records Massive Cases Of 317

Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded 317 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that NCDC made this known in its daily release for Friday, July 23 202.

The record shows Lagos has the highest number of infected cases, which is 172, while Akwa Ibom recorded 62 new cases.

Other states include  Oyo (33), Rivers (32), Ekiti (5) FCT (5), Ogun (3), Sokoto (2), Bayelsa (1), Gombe (1) and Kano (1)

Compilation of the newly infected cases showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 170,623 confirmed cases.

NCDC through its record highlighted that the total number of discharged cases was recorded to be 164,780.

Meanwhile, the total number of death increased to be 2,13, showing that 1 death case was recorded.
