Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases continues to rise as 388 new cases were recorded by the NCDC on Sunday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the new cases are from 12 States according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
The NCDC noted that Lagos State reported the highest infections of the day with 166 new cases, followed by Akwa Ibom (89), Rivers (76), Oyo (15).
Others include; Edo (12), Benue (11), Delta (7), FCT (4), Ogun (4), Kaduna (2), Gombe (1), Nasarawa (1).
Till date, 187,023 cases have been confirmed, 168,455 cases have been discharged and 2,268 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
