Nigeria has recorded 376 New Covid-19 cases and 35 deaths as infection hits 209, 173.
Gatekeepers News reports that the confirmed cases of Covid-19 has increased to 209, 173 as 376 new cases and 35 deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday, 16th of October, 2021.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update on Coronavirus, said 197, 084 cases have been discharged and 2,804 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of the country.
According to NCDC, the new cases are reported from 14 states, with Lagos having the highest with 215 new cases.

Meanwhile, a multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
