1.) Sales Administrator – Furniture
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 31st October, 2021.
Job Description
The job description is divided into 4 parts namely:

  • Pre-order
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Postorder
  • New businesses

Pre-order:

  • Receive requirement
  • Co-ordinate with the production team to get; pricing and delivery time approved by the HOD
  • Document the price and prepare a quotation
  • Send quotation to customers
  • Keep sales team informed

Order Fulfilment:

  • Receive Purchase Order (PO)
  • Inform production team
  • Prepare invoice and send to customer
  • Payment tracking
  • Production tracking; keeping in touch with the production team to make sure goods are ready before the delivery date
  • Point of delivery
  • Co-ordinate product delivery
  • Co-ordinate all installations
  • Job completion certificate(JCC) Sign Off: preparation and presentation of JCC to the customer

Post Order:

  • Customers satisfaction report
  • Handling complaints
  • Balance payment; follow up with customers for payment on the date given by the customer
  • Build relationship
  • Track returned goods

New Businesses:

  • Getting customers to do more business with us and informing them of our latest and trendy products
  • Generating leads and fixing appointments
  • Passing on to “Hunting Team”.

Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years of work experience.

2.) Corporate Sales Officer – Furniture and Interior Design Business
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 31st October 2021.
Job Description

  • Develop annual business plan & budget
  • Lead sales & marketing initiatives
  • Recruit, train, motivate and manage a team of sales executives in the field
  • Establish new business contacts to promote the company’s successful range of merchandise
  • Respond and prepare to the required tender process
  • Oversee all existing Accounts / Customers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction levels
  • Initiate New business meetings and make presentations on Office, Home & Hotels furniture on quality, interior design & modular concepts
  • Co-ordinate fulfilment of an Order
  • Manage Customer expectations and handle after Sales complaints through the
  • Production and Fulfilment team
  • Servicing existing & new clients.
  • Look for new business opportunities by contacting & developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Generates new leads for a potential client through cold calls/email/referrals.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Develop & make a presentation of company products and services to existing & potential clients.
  • Replying to client enquiry over phones/email by sending quotation/pro forma invoice/ sales invoice in consultation with reporting manager.
  • Coordinate with Categories Manager, to get the required information to be able to service customers properly.
  • Strong follows up with a client to know the status of a quotation sent.
  • Should be a good negotiator to get orders from existing & new clients.
  • Follow up with a client to collect outstanding dues on time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Manager capacity
  • Must have experience in sales of furniture / interior design
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are essential
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong & effective team management & leadership qualities are a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential
  • A natural flair for sales and enjoys the thrill of closing a deal.

3.) Supply Chain Officer – Hospitality
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 31st October 2021.
 Job Description

  • Planning delivery timetables
  • Ensuring stores have enough stock
  • Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
  • Overseeing the orders vs received and fill rate
  • Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
  • Preparation of purchase orders vendor wise
  • Management of supplies
  • Record keeping for analysis(weekly, monthly,quarterly,yearly)
  • Managing inventory levels to minimize production risk while maximizing inventory turns
  • Leading the internal initiative to implement and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, including ERP transaction accuracy, physical cycle counting as appropriate
  • Following SOP.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Supply Chain Management / Electrical / Electronic Engineering /Computer Science and other related courses
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management
  • Good team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft excel knowledge plus ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programs
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills

  • Knowledge of IT software/gadgets.

4.) Social Media Executive
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 31st October 2021.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Interviews, hires and trains social media team members
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

Job Description

  • Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
  • Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
  • Prepares food before the arrival of guests
  • Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
  • Manages other employees in the kitchen
  • Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
  • Seasons food according to recipes or company needs
  • Orders ingredients and spices as needed
  • Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
  • Portions arrange and garnish food based on client preference
  • Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
  • Devises new recipes

6.) Bartender
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar and fruits
  • Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to details
  • Satisfying customer requests in a timely manner
  • Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
  • Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other bar accessories
  • Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
  • Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Creating unique drinks
  • Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.

7.) Waiter/Waitress
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Providing detailed information on menus(portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and china
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, regular order pad, or by memorization
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Meet with the Head Cook to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations
  • Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
  • Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
  • Attentiveness and patience for customers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Extremely high personal hygiene(hair, teeth, fingernails, etc, and attractively dressed or possibly in uniform)

8.) Food and Beverage Manager – Oshey
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 31st October, 2021.
Responsibilities

  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all staff.
  • Ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
  • Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
  • Manage the on-going profitability of the business, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the Oshey Bar & Chops and management.
  • Deliver Oshey budget goals and set other short and long-term strategic goals for the Oshey.
  • Developing improvement actions, carry out cost savings.
  • A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies.
  • Closely monitor the Oshey’s stock count on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
  • Come up with innovative ideas to boast sales
  • Prepare weekly financial reporting for the owners and stakeholders.
  • Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
  • Coordination with Heads of Department for the execution of all activities and functions.
  • Be accountable for the responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
  • Provide effective leadership to Oshey team members.

Requirements

  • A Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in opening, managing, or re-positioning a Lounge with a clear track record.
  • Strong management skills; Ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals and provide coaching, advice, and assistance as required.
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent computer system skills.
