President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday met with the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.
Gatekeepers News reports that the duo met behind closed doors, at the State House, Abuja.
After the meeting, Tinubu said he visited the president to thank him for checking on him in London after having knee surgery.
“I came to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for visiting me in London when I had knee surgery. He demonstrated empathy. He is an exceptional leader,” he said.
Buhari, on his Facebook page, also stated that it was my pleasure to host Tinubu today.
