Akinlade Commiserates With Ogun NUJ Over Death of Its Chairman

Adekunle Akinlade, an agro-entrepreneur and All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart has commiserated with the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Chapter over the passing of its Chairman, Comrade Soji Amosu.

Gatekeepers News reports that Amosu died on Sunday after a brief illness.

Akinlade (Triple A)’s condolence message was contained in a statement made available to Gatekeepers News on Monday by his Media Aide, Alao Azeez Adelani.

He said: “I send my deep and heartfelt condolences to the Amosu family, the Nigeria media particularly practitioners in Ogun State, friends, associates, and sympathizers on the demise of Comrade Soji Amosu, who has been so instrumental to media professional stakeholders and community development in Ogun State…

“As a family, we will miss Comrade Soji Amosu for his good character and unmatched professionalism. He was an erudite journalist with many years of experience, who deployed his ingenuity towards promoting peace, unity and progress in the state”.

Akinlade also, admonished his immediate family and associates to sustain his good deeds, while prayed for his soul to find peace with his maker.

“We can not question God over his death but, we are thankful he lived a fulfilled life. He is a massive fish that has gone out of the media ocean. It is my prayer that God will grant him eternal rest and grant his family, friends and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. He will be surely missed,” Akinlade said.
