Legendary actress, Betty White has died weeks before her milestone 100th birthday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the deceased had tweeted excitedly about her upcoming 100th birthday on Tuesday, three days before she passed away and just three weeks before her milestone celebration.
“My 100th birthday… I cannot believe it is coming up, and People Magazine is celebrating with me! The new issue of @People is available on newsstands nationwide tomorrow,” she had tweeted on December 28.
White, a star of The Golden Girls died at the age of 99, after an 80-year-long career in Hollywood.
She is believed to have died of natural causes at her home on Friday morning, law enforcement confirmed.
A source close to the star also told TMZ that she was not battling any particular ailments and did not have a sudden illness.

White who has no child of her own is survived by three stepchildren.
