Gatekeepers News reports that Canada’s Field Support Services Project (FSSP) seeks to hire a Gender Equality Advisor to provide expert analysis and advice to Global Affairs Canada (GAC) on a broad range of gender equality issues, trends, and practices in support of GAC’s Development Program in Nigeria. GAC is guided by Canada’s Feminist International. Assistance Policy, which Centres on gender equality (GE) and the empowerment of women and girls as the most effective way to build a more peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous world. Canada requires the services of a Gender Equality Advisor in integrating gender equality into its bilateral development and humanitarian assistance programs to support efforts to improve the quality of life for poor and marginalized people in Nigeria, particularly women and girls.
Canada’s Field Support Services Project (FSSP) is recruiting to fill the position below:
1.) Senior Sexual and Reproductive Health Advisor
Location: Any major city in Nigeria (preferably Abuja or Lagos)
Deadline: 1st March 2022.
2.) Senior Health Advisor
Location: Any major city in Nigeria (preferably Abuja or Lagos)
Deadline: 1st March 2022.
3.) Conflict Sensitivity Advisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Deadline: 13th February 2022.
