Senator representing Nasarawa West, Abdullahi Adamu, has formally assumed the office of the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Gatekeepers News reports that Adamu on Wednesday formally took over from Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State, Northeastern Nigeria.
The handing-over ceremony took place at the ruling party’s national headquarters in Abuja.
Gatekeepers News earlier reported that Adamu was elected as APC’s chairman at the national convention which took place on Saturday.
