Gatekeepers News has continued its winning streak in the media industry as it bagged the ’Online News Blog’ 2022 Award.
The 2nd edition of the prestigious Nigerian Service Award (NSA), organised by COA Media, recognizes individuals and groups whose works have positively impacted communities across Nigeria in various fields of endeavour.
The fast-growing online news platform, Gatekeepers News won the category for Online News Blog of the Year, on Thursday, for its large followership and zeal for effective information dissemination.
Gatekeepers News, which is known for its consistent, factual and unbiased reports, has become a reliable platform for the confirmation of stories.
Birthed as Aledeh News in 2017, it was rebranded Gatekeepers News in 2021. The platform has received significant awards and recognition after cutting its teeth in the media space.
In 2021, Gatekeepers News won the Distinguished Achievements in Media Awards for its efforts to reshape the Nigerian media space, with the reportage of factual local and international news, across sectoral and generational inclinations.
Similarly, the news platform won the “Next Rated Online News Platform of the Year” at the Nigeria Media Nite-Out Awards (NMNA) in 2021.
