Federal High Court sitting in Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria, has stopped the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from engaging the services of the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, to distribute election materials in the State.
Gatekeepers News reports that Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke granted the prayer of the Labour Party seeking an order to bar INEC from using MC Oluomo, from distributing election materials in Lagos.
