- A minimum of 5 years of proven customer relations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adequate understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
