Ibrahim Momodu who urgently needs Liver transplant surgery after being diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease has made an appeal to compassionate Nigerians and organisations, in a video, as the deadline given to him by an Indian hospital nears.
Gatekeepers News earlier reported that Artemis Hospital in India has confirmed that Ibrahim needs a life-saving surgery that will cost him a total of $35,000 and MediGence also stated that a total of $10,480 for; follow-up for consultations, follow-up medical tests, medications, local travel, guest house/hotel, meals, visa fee and airfare, is required.

Since Ibrahim’s story was made public, donations have been coming in from different quarters, which rings a bell of hope for his survival.
As of April 25th, 2023, Ibrahim has received a total donation of ₦6,725,383 out of N33,655,200 he is required to raise in less than a month due to the level of the damage on his level.
