A Nigerian traveller identified as Zhyon Valentine Ani has narrated how he was wrongly accused of stealing someone’s p*n*s in Kogi State, North-Central Nigeria.
Gatekeepers News reports that Ani, Convener of Campaign Against Drugs and Substance Abuse, CADSA Project, explained how his vehicle had broken down at Ofufunene, Ajaokuta LGA.
In a video shared with Gatekeepers News, the Nigerian music artiste shared the experience of how he was almost lynched by a mob in the community.
Zhyon said, “Our car broke down, while we were trying to do that, there was this man that was seated around that place and immediately we started doing the car, we sat beside him and he stood up and left the scene.”
According to the traveller, the man came back an hour, and thirty minutes later, pointing at him to some angry mobs with cutlasses, knives and other dangerous weapons. The man alleged that the traveller took his p*n*s.
He narrated how he was further taken to a ‘herbalist’ who confirmed his innocence.
A Police Inspector identified as Abah Sunday, who intervened in the matter also confirmed the incident in the video shared.
