Auchi Allied Association, Lagos Branch has honoured Nigeran entrepreneur and politician, Bawa Muhammed with the Distinguished Humanitarian Service Award.
Gatekeepers News reports that Muhammed, who has demonstrated character, empathy, and commitment to the ideas of community development and human capacity development, received the prestigious award on Saturday.
Born in 1970, Muhammed early education began at Akpepe Primary School in Auchi from 1975-1980. He continued his academic pursuit at Akpepe Secondary School from 1981 to 1986.
He then proceeded to his Bachelor’s Public (BPA) program at Ambrose Ali University in Ekpoma in 1999.
Muhammed has held significant roles in several companies including serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ahdel Marne Service LTD.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of two prominent companies Bawa Equipment Nigeria Limited and Maximo Projects Limited.
Muhammed is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary of the Foundation (TRF).
