Nigeria’s First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu paid a condolence visit to a former Senate President Dr Bukola Saraki, and his family in Lagos ahead of the burial of his mother, Mrs Florence Saraki.
Gatekeepers News reports that Oluremi, during the visit said her visit was permitted by her husband, President Bola Tinubu, as a way of extending love to the entire Saraki family.
“We are one family. You know that politics aside, Mr President will always look out for you.
“Mama lived a good life. I know it hurts so much but we thank God for the good life she lived.”
Those present to receive the First Lady were the children of the deceased including Sen. Gbemisola Saraki, Mrs Tope Edu and Mr Laolu Saraki alongside members of the extended family.
