Teenage Autistic Art Student Set To Break Guinness World Record For Largest Art Canvas

Fourteen-year-old Nigerian art sensation, Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke aka Kanye is attempting to break Guinness World Record for Largest Art Canvas, measuring 10,000 square feet.

Gatekeepers News reports that Zeebah Foundation made the announcement through a statement released on Tuesday.

Kanye aims to surpass the current record of 9,652 square meters set by an artist in Qatar with his project, titled ‘Impossibility is a Myth ‘.

Also, the fellow of Society of Nigerian Artists and a student at Zeebah Foundation’s state-of-the-art autism resource centre in Abuja aims to raise funds for the foundation.

The Foundation founded in 2019, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with autism, their families, and caretakers. It aims to build a state-of-the-art resource centre in Abuja.

The platform is set to promote autism awareness, inclusion, and acceptance through art.

Kanye is the youngest person and first person on autism spectrum to attempt the Largest Art Canvas record.

The project (the first stroke of the paintbrush) launches on 29 August, coinciding with The Zeebah Foundation’s fifth anniversary.

According to his managers; Kanye’s project is not just about setting a record. It’s about making a difference.

‘The statement added, “Join Kanye in his remarkable journey and support his mission to create a welcoming space for children with autism in Nigeria and beyond by donating and partnering with us.”
