Notice dated August 6 shows that the two defendants were ordered to appear the court on August 24 to answer to charges levelled against them.

Dikeh had in January, approached Skyewise for purchase of a brand new Changan Uni-K 2023 model of Mikano Motors.

The company, which has a dealership relationship with Mikano, subsequently paid N85 million, full payment of the car to Mikano.

According to the company’s CEO; they agreed that the actress would pay up in installments within three months of receiving the car.

He alleged that Tonto’s first deposit was her “used 2008/2009 Lexus which was worth N37 million”, and she later made another payment of N3.5 million.

The CEO said that Dikeh failed to balance up at expiration of payment window in April, thereby committing a “breach of trust”.

Abuyere, on May 1, said he retrieved the car from the actress after efforts to get the balance proved futile.

He further revealed that Dikeh later paid N20 million, N17 million, and N5 million, leaving an outstanding balance of N2.1 million.

On July 30, Tonto allegedly reached out to the dealership company to get the car serviced. She was then asked to complete the payment of N2.7 million.

Abuyere alleged that the actress, alongside her bodyguard and two ladies, forcefully stormed the company premises in Maitama, and assaulted him and staff members of his company.

He asserted that the actress and her accomplice disrupted the company’s business operations and damaged properties.

The CEO alleged that Dikeh threatened to use her social media platforms to destroy his business.
