Former Governor of Anambra state and former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi has visited Nigerian singer and one of the Psquare duo, Paul aka Rudeboy and their elder brother, Jude Okoye amid ongoing feud in their family.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Psquare duo were vocal supporters of Obi during 2023 general elections. They performed at some of his political rallies.
The feud between the twins began around 2017 and resulted in their split, as each pursued solo careers.
The Psquare duo reunited in November 2021 but fell out again.
Confirming they see not in good terms, Paul had recently accused Peter of being behind his arrest by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Peter however, denied reporting Paul to EFCC, and in turn, noting that his petition was against Jude and his wife, for diverting millions of dollars from their joint account into a secret company.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday,
Paul took to his official Instagram page to share photos and a video of Obi at his residence with Jude and his wife, Ify Okoye on Tuesday.
Rudeboy expressed gratitude to the politician for the visit.
He wrote, “Thank you very much and God bless you sir P.O @peterobigregory #yourexcelency.”
