Warranty Officer
Job Specifications:
Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Check and ensure the quality of job cards received focusing on the warranty eligibility of vehicles and components.
- Verify approved warranties against claims on Auto Enhancer and the company website.
- Collect warranty documents as needed from various departments.
- Retain warranty documents in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Check the warranty status of vehicles through Auto Enhancer.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant field
- Professional Knowledge of Warranty claim
- Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills
- Computer savvy.
