Nigerian professional footballer, Victor Osimhen has anticipated Galatasaray fans chanting his name when he scores for the club at Ali Sami Yen Stadium.
Gatekeepers News reports that the excited player revealed this while speaking in the early hours of Tuesday when he landed at the airport in Istanbul, Turkey’s capital.
The Super Eagles player was welcomed on arrival by thousands of elated Galatasaray fans, who were drumming and chanting his name.
The striker expressed excitement about the transfer, saying “I am ready to give my best for them”.
He said, “This is one of the best sets of fans in the world. It feels good to be here, and I am absolutely excited.”
“Of course, I cannot wait to see them in the stadium, and I hear how they scream when I score. I am ready to give my best for them.”
Osimhen is expected to complete his medical examination process at the club, and an official announcement will follow in the next few hours.
