Military High Command Launches Toll-Free Help Line

Military High Command has officially launched a new toll-free helpline for Operation SAFE HAVEN (OPSH).

Gatekeepers News reports that this is in furtherance of the group’s commitment to enhancing communication and collaboration between the public and security agencies.

Media Information Officer for Operation SAFE HAVEN, Major Samson Nantip Zhakom announced this through a statement released on Tuesday.

According to the statement, the initiative is designed to facilitate the quick reporting of emergencies and security concerns within Operation SAFE HAVEN Joint Operations Area.

The toll-free number, 0800 000 20203, is now fully operational and will serve as a direct communication link between citizens and Headquarters of Operation SAFE HAVEN, located in Jos.

The primary goal of creating the toll-free helpline is to ensure that reports regarding security breaches or other matters of concern reach the relevant authorities promptly, enabling a swift and efficient response.

Zhakom urged the general public to make use of the number for any security emergencies or concerns, assuring the community of OPSH’s commitment to promptly addressing and resolving reported issues.

The Military High Command urged citizens to use the toll-free line responsibly and avoid spreading misinformation, as the number is strictly meant for legitimate security-related reports.
