Controversial Nigerian street singer, Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable controversial Nigerian singer, has lamented after meeting former Governor of Anambra state and 2023 Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Gatekeepers News reports that Portable over the weekend, met Peter Obi while the latter was in Benin, Edo state capital to support Olumide Akpata, LP governorship candidate.
The singer, on the other hand, was in the state for a show.
Portable could be seen in a viral video on the internet, bowing to greet as he approached Obi beside his car. They exchanged pleasantries.
Not long after their meeting, Portable took to social media to expose the former Anambra state Governor’s un-generousity, saying Obi did not offer him any money.
Speaking in Yoruba, the singer compared Obi President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, implying that the latter would have been more generous.
He said,” Obi cannot give us anything. Obi didn’t give us anything. If it was Tinubu we met, he would have given us something. Let’s go.”
