Access Bank has announced that it has rescheduled its system upgrade, originally planned for October 12.
Gatekeepers News reports that the bank informed customers that they may experience “minimal” service disruptions.
According to Access Bank’s notice on Wednesday, a new date for the system upgrade will be communicated to customers in the coming weeks.
“We value your feedback and truly appreciate your continued trust,” the bank said.
“We are pleased to inform you that our system upgrade earlier planned to start this weekend, October 12, 2024, has been rescheduled to start at a later date which will be communicated in the coming weeks.
The bank said it is excited about the advantages the upcoming upgrade exercise would offer to customers.
“We will keep you updated as we progress,” the financial firm said.
“Your convenience is our priority, rest assured, we will ensure minimal disruption in our services.”
