Asa Asika, the manager of Nigerian music star Davido, has proposed to his girlfriend Leona Adesanya.
Gatekeepers News reports that the romantic moment was captured in a viral video on social media, showing Asika leading Adesanya to a surprise venue where he popped the question.
In the video, friends and well-wishers can be seen cheering in the background as Davido proudly says, “He is my boy”.
The proposal has been met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans and industry colleagues on social media.
Asika, a talented manager, has made a significant impact on the Nigerian music scene, managing top artistes such as Davido, Naeto C, YQ, and R2Bees.
He previously dated Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, from 2018 until they split in 2020.
