One of the housemates of Big Brother Naija (BBN), Jason Jae on Sunday night, emerged as the first Head of House (HoH).
Gatekeepers News reports that this followed a tense and highly competitive multi-stage game titled “The Sense of Peace”.
All 29 housemates competed in three rounds designed to test their physical coordination, mental alertness, and strategic thinking.
In the first round, the housemates were tasked with reconstructing a design using wooden blocks. Only eight contestants with the fastest and most accurate results advanced to the next stage.
In the second round where only four housemates moved to the next, contestants were paired and challenged to collect gold bars within a limited time.
The task in the final round was to open a treasure box using a set of keys scattered across the arena. Jason Jae successfully unlocked the treasure box first, earning him the HoH title.
As Head of House, Jason Jae enjoys immunity from eviction for the week and exclusive access to the luxurious HoH lounge.
He selected Doris as his guest for the week, granting her shared access to the lounge and safety from the first eviction.
It was announced on Saturday that, unlike previous editions, the Head of House game will now be played every Sunday, followed by a new “HoH Challenger” competition on Mondays, meaning that the current HoH will be required to defend their title just a day after winning it.
